Good to read, but where are 6, 7, &14?
This is a wonderful set of volumes; perhaps, one of the last occurrences of a "Universal History" - a fashion begun with ernest back in the early Enlightenment, esp. with Ferguson. All that is lacking for a complete enjoyment of this work, are the volumes of No.'s 6., 7., & 14. Please upload these three
